Return and Refund Policy

1. General Refund Conditions

  • Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is confirmed, a contract is formed between the customer and the service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.). Refund eligibility depends on the terms set by the service providers and applicable local laws.
  • Non-refundable Deposits: Certain bookings, such as non-refundable flights, special offers, and promotional rates, may not be eligible for refunds. These terms will be clearly stated during the booking process.
  • Refund Processing Time: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date the refund request is approved.


2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Standard Cancellation: Customers can cancel their booking by contacting us at 868-399-7991. The refund amount will depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled travel date:
    • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus any applicable administrative fees.
    • 15-60 days before departure: 50% refund minus administrative fees.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
    • Please Note: Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the type of service (hotel, flight, tour package, etc.).
  • Special Circumstances: In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extraordinary situations, a partial or full refund may be considered. Documentation may be required.


3. Cancellation by Travel Agency

If for any reason we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trip cancellation by the service provider, or force majeure), we will offer:

  • Full Refund: If the service cannot be replaced with an equivalent alternative.
  • Alternative Options: We will offer you the option to reschedule or replace the service with an equivalent offering at no additional charge.

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and assist in arranging an alternative or a refund.


4. Refund for Flights

For flight bookings, the refund will depend on the airline's policy, which may vary. Please refer to the airline's refund terms for more detailed information. Refund requests for flight tickets must be submitted directly to the airline in most cases.


5. Refund for Packages

For tour packages or holiday packages, refund eligibility may vary depending on the suppliers involved (hotels, tours, transportation). Refunds for tour packages are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific package.
